Some questions always cross our mind while we make a purchase! – “How the furniture product is made?” “What steps take it to a wonderful end product?”, And, “how is it shaped to perfection?”
This is where our team of artisans comes into action.
With a work parody, “Cut, Shape, Check, Repeat”; they turn dreams into a shape that gives relentless comfort and beguiling style.
Today, we are going to witness how our favorite - Joan Wingback Chair is built to perfection with intricate designing and defining.
Let’s start –
Craft always requires precision and so we embark with designing the strong base. For this, the skilled team cuts the wood (clear of any defects) into perfectly sized planks and take those planks for the seasoning process where the moisture is taken away for better crafting or engraving.
Further, the nitty-gritty of a good frame is the perfect measurement. They clean-cut the wooden planks into rightly sized planks and glue each of them together to form a sturdy frame of the chair.
This is how a structure looks like!
Foundation ready for padding!
Enveloping the entire structure in the foam goodness and upholstery fabric, the next step is how comfortable padding and soothing fabric are fixed together to give utmost comfort.
Wings, backrest, seat and arms, all are padded separately in the same fashion to give a seamless appeal. Everything is then covered with fabric.
Padding done right!
Precisions is always in sight! Whether it’s putting up the loose ends of the fabric together or aligning the furniture to perfection. Marking and stitching the fabric to the foam, the entire Wingback chair is made ready to be delivered.
Marking the final touch!
Here is how the loveliness looks before it delivers a smile to our customer! #makingofthefurniture
